Sensitivity Level
Definition
This module is used to configure and maintain the platform's data Sensitivity Level system, providing grading criteria for data masking strategies and ensuring the security and compliance of sensitive information during use.
Module Features
- 🔐 Sensitivity Level Configuration: supports customizing sensitivity level names, replacement characters, replacement rules, descriptions, and enabled status;
- 🧩 Masking Rule Association: Sensitivity Levels can be bound to preset masking rules to ensure sensitive fields are automatically masked during preview or output;
- 🗺️ Asset Map Linkage: when browsing field data in Asset Map, the system automatically masks data based on the Sensitivity Level;
- 🔄 Dynamic Enable/Disable: supports Enable/Disable status switching for Sensitivity Level configurations, flexibly controlling the effective scope of rules.
Notes
Sensitivity Levels should be maintained uniformly by Data Security administrators to ensure each level is clearly defined and rules are bound appropriately. We recommend configuring levels and categories according to actual business compliance requirements.
Scope
Applicable to Data Security control scenarios. By assigning Sensitivity Levels to fields or assets, automatic binding with masking rules is implemented. Sensitivity Levels can be widely used in scenarios such as Asset Map Data Preview, API output control, and Data Query masking.
1. Sensitivity Level Page
Click Asset Data -> Data Security -> Sensitivity Level to open the Sensitivity Level page. The page displays a field list including ID, sensitivity level, description, replacement rule, replacement content, online status, creation time, update time, and more.
2. Add Sensitivity Level
Click Add, fill in the Sensitivity Level information in the dialog, and click OK to complete adding the Sensitivity Level information.
3. Edit Sensitivity Level
Select the Sensitivity Level information to edit, click Edit in the operation column, edit the existing Sensitivity Level information in the dialog, and click OK to complete editing the Sensitivity Level information.
4. Delete Sensitivity Level
Select the Sensitivity Level information to delete, click Delete in the operation column, and click OK. The system will delete the Sensitivity Level information.
5. Enable/Disable
Select the Sensitivity Level information to enable or disable, and click the switch in the status column to complete Enable/Disable. (Note: Sensitivity Levels that are already in use cannot be disabled)
