- qData Pro Edition source code is only for authorized users. Source code obtained through unofficial channels is unreliable and unauthorized. Users are responsible for any legal liability arising from such use.
- Do not maliciously distribute, resell, broker, open source, or otherwise redistribute the source code. If violations harm the interests of the qData team, the team has the right to unilaterally cancel the authorization and pursue legal responsibility.
- Authorized users may apply for software copyright for the parts they develop or modify themselves, but may not apply for software copyright for the qData Data Platform source code.
