📌 Java Engineer
Work location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou
Openings: Several
Job Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for the design and development of core modules of the data middle-platform, including data integration, governance, services, development, and more;
2, Participate in big data platform architecture optimization and performance improvement of key modules;
3, Promote capability building for heterogeneous data source integration, scheduling process orchestration, API service management, and other business areas;
4, Support implementation of customized requirements and technical delivery in project delivery processes;
5, Work with the product team to improve company data middle-platform product functions and support continuous evolution and extension.
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major, and more than 5 years of Java development experience;
2, Proficient in mainstream development frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, and MyBatis-Plus;
3, Familiar with mainstream databases such as MySQL, Dameng, Kingbase, and cache technologies such as Redis;
4, Familiar with message queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka, and common middleware;
5, Must have project experience related to data middle-platforms, data governance, or data integration platforms;
6, Must be familiar with big data technologies such as Hive, Spark, Flink, and HBase, with practical development or integration experience;
7, Possess good architectural thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to independently complete module design and development.
📌 Product Manager
Work location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou

Job Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for planning and designing data middle-platform products, including data integration, governance, development, services, and other modules;
2, Deeply understand business scenarios of government and enterprise customers, and translate them into implementable product functions;
3, Write product requirement documents (PRD), prototypes, and interaction descriptions, and drive product implementation;
4, Coordinate R&D, testing, implementation, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery and product quality;
5, Continuously track user feedback and project implementation status, and drive product optimization and iteration;
6, Follow industry trends and competitor dynamics, and form product optimization recommendations.
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of ToB product experience, with data middle-platform, data governance, data integration, or big data platform product experience preferred;
2, Familiar with common architectures and business scenarios of data middle-platforms, and understand basic concepts such as ETL, metadata, data quality, and data services;
3, Possess strong documentation and product expression skills, and be proficient with product tools such as Axure, MockingBot, and XMind;
4, Strong logical thinking and communication coordination skills, and able to collaborate across departments to drive requirements implementation;
5, Experience connecting with government and enterprise customers or a project implementation background is preferred.
📌 Product Operations Specialist
Work location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou

Job Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for daily product operations, assisting in building and maintaining content systems such as the product official website, online documentation library, and community platforms;
2, Participate in product content packaging, including promotional copywriting, product introduction page creation, and promotional video script planning and editing;
3, Responsible for daily operation and publishing across the company's major content channels, including WeChat Official Account, Channels, Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and more;
4, Maintain the open-source community ecosystem, operate GitHub / Gitee projects, manage Stars, Issues, and PRs, and promote user interaction;
5, Operate communities such as QQ groups and WeChat groups, and plan online activities such as version releases, update notices, and holiday interactions;
6, Collect user feedback, summarize FAQs and requirements, and assist the product team with optimization and iteration;
7, Track content and community operation data, regularly produce analysis reports, and provide support for operation strategies.
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of operations-related work experience, no major restriction;
2, Familiar with open-source products or B-end tool products, with content planning or user operations experience preferred;
3, Passionate about content creation, with basic video editing ability, such as using Jianying or Premiere;
4, Understand content platform mechanisms, with operation experience on WeChat Official Account, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and other platforms preferred;
5, Proficient with tools such as Markdown, Notion, Trello, and Canva;
6, Experience operating technical communities such as GitHub, Gitee, Zhihu, and Juejin is preferred;
7, Clear logic, good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to proactively drive work to completion.

📌 Sales Assistant
Work location: Qixia District, Nanjing / High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou
Openings: Several
Job Responsibilities:
1, Assist sales managers in connecting with customers and advancing the sales process;
2, Follow up on contracts, bidding documents, invoicing, payment collection, and other sales support work;
3, Participate in customer visits and reports, and maintain good customer relationship management;
4, Collect market information and customer requirements, and feed them back to the product and R&D teams;
5, Organize sales data and create sales reports and analysis reports.
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of relevant experience, no major restriction;
2, Possess good communication, coordination, and execution skills;
3, Proficient with office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT;
4, Experience in sales support for IT, software, or government and enterprise industries is preferred;
